Last Friday, I was waiting at Ambal Nagar, Bus stop at around 11:30 PM, to board bus to my native, Neyveli. One can easily spot a TASMAC(TN State Marketing Corporation) shop, in plain words "Sarakku" kadai(liquor shop), opposite to this bus stand.
Meanwhile, there were a group of 5-6 members having 3 bikes and tottering around in front of the TASMAC shop..... when one begins to start the bike the other fellow from the other bike, brings the helmet and tries to hit this guy and other two in the third bike fell down completely.... Whoever watches this, can just wonder how, these 'Kudimagan's(drunkards) can reach their house, the worst part is that, they not alone risk their lives, but other's who drive on the roads....
No Certainly not!.... I would become a fool(aren't you already?), If I were to preach regarding the ill effects of drinking and those who drinks are not pappa's to get them brainstormed....
Everything has a limit and nothing should be done at the cost of others lives.... There are numerous ways to get drunk, by affecting none...
Let's come to our main topic...Stopping the Drink and Drive cases....
Steps to be taken.....
*) Police department should specially appoint, personnel's along the TASMAC shops and around BAR's
*) They should be clad in civilian dress and have an eye over the one who drives the vehicle...
*) If any one is found to be drunk and driving the vehicle, the particular vehicle no. should be noted down and informed to their colleagues at the immediate next signal or level crossing...
*) With no questioning, of License, Insurance and Helmet checking, they should be asked to blow out the air and caught red-handed and their bikes should be seized and their license should be suspended for a while and a heavy amount of fine has to be collected.....
*) I'm sure this will definitely work-out....
Planning to take this to the notice of the Concerned authorities...

IDEA STAR SINGER - 2009 SEASON 4
Today, I came to my room a bit early(read 'early' as 9:00PM). Got into my casuals and started browsing thru the TV channels, I went directly to ASIANET, to watch one of my favorite programs "IDEA STAR SINGER". Now it's season 4.
Sometimes, I have to accept the truth (If not everywhere, at-least in My blogs...), I started watching this channel only due to it's anchor Ranjini(OMG!...)
The way she carries herself, the contestants and the program is ONE of A KIND and not RUN of the MILL. You might have seen a lot of reality TV shows, where the anchor seems to stay away and jus announces the contestants name and asks us to vote, where as here it is totally life-like and she seems to be our girl next door, the "Chechi" and "Cheta's" from her lips(!) are lovable...When closely watched(as I was doing only that) you can notice that she always pats on the shoulders of the contestants and laughs & cries from her mind and not from her mouth.....
Even an average singer can become a Star singer, by having a small chat with her...What else, now, I love the contestants and the program as well...
No, definitely not, I can understand only a few of what they speak, to be frank, I used to laugh, when they all laugh(to keep myself away from my room mates yelling to change the channel)....

Morning Walk - Thankar Bachan - Some Questions?
It's 8:08 am in our room's system... Jus now I completed my morning walk(not a regular one) and felt relaxed at the body level(certainly not at mind level), but I was put into to test of self-thinking once again, when I met the ace director and one who takes cinema, which you can easily relate yourselves towards your life...
He is Thankar Bachan(our very own Bachan of Kollywood!). "AZHAGI" a movie, every one must have experienced and seen as a self replica of his life on screen.... I have to mention about the songs, they were par with Maestro Ilayaraja's yesteryear hits...
Coming back...When I was about to take a turn during my walk from Defence colony road from Ambal Nagar, I met him, who was descending from a Maruti 800!
I was excited and kept him a Salaam, he responded back, when I went near to have a chat with him, I was blown off by his initial few words...
"Will you hear only cinema sings?" (I was wearing my earphones connected to my Nokia 2310 phone, where the RJ's were doing their morning job.)
"No sir! Jus FM". He didn't leave me.... "Don't become a fool by hearing cinema songs!". I should say he is really very much upset with Cinema (or he shows to the outer world as such!)
When I further asked about his forthcoming movie, 'Kalavadiya Pozhuthugal', he again shot back, "Ask me something other than Cinema", he also added, "Come are you ready to talk about other topics, which I'm ready to discus with you"
I refused and said that "I'm not a ardent reader of books, so I could not", I knew that he will be interested If I were to talk about books, he Himself is a well known writer...
Now my Q's to Thankar Bachan ji!
*) Why such a hate towards Films and Songs?
- You can ask to concentrate and divert interests towards other fields and not hate films & songs....
After all, If not you, who wants to make a living with film, How about the status of others who get involved with film making.....
On the whole, A nice (?) morning to me....
Tidbit: I must have answered as "I'm listening to songs from 'Azhagi'", when he asked what I was hearing... I'm not sure what he might have replied....

How Bad am I?
Self realization is really the zenith of ones own characterization and I feel that, I'm attaining it quite easily nowadays...
Who were bad to me in the past seem to be good, indeed best today.
Whom I was scolding with all the bad words I know, turn to win my heart my today and make me feel sorry for those old days... This also does not mean that, I follow Buddha or Gandhian principles to forgive and have all my mistakes to be corrected...
It was also the other way, that whom I trusted and believed to be my all, turned out to be the exact opposite. When I look back to find what went wrong, it's that simple that, never ever act according to what others say about some "X" or "Y".
We all have got our basic instincts and let's all give it a try and the rest be put to REST.
